Haute Couture refers to the service that our designer specially designed and produced a gown, which give a very exclusive look for the bride in her big day.

1. Haute Couture orders require a non-refundable deposit of $1000 before our designer start to design the Haute Couture gowns.

2. Haute Couture orders can not be returned or refunded.

3. Haute Couture orders are Made- to-Measure.

4. Haute Couture orders allow free alternations.

Fit Confidence Program

For standard size orders and single purchase of each design only – no ordering of multiple gowns of the same design

The Fit Guarantee Program is designed for those brides who order a wrong size or change of weight. Fit confidence program allow one change of size at $159 fit confidence charges which covers the handling fee and shipping costs from us to your door. The shipping cost from you to us will be your expenses.

Important Notices:

Upon arrival of your order, we ask that you inspect your dress and try it on immediately. If you find out you do order a wrong size, you must contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise and post it back with the original package to us as soon as possible. We will deliver the right size to you once we receive your returned dress. The changed gown must be returned in its original conditions. To prevent trouble makers and any chances to damage the gown, any change size order post to us after two week of receipt is not allowed. If special circumstances arise, please feel free to contact our customer service department.

Style Confidence Program

For standard size order and single purchase of each design only – no ordering of multiple gowns of the same design

Some brides may want to switch her choice to another style or design. You can take the Style confidence programs to change a different style design for one time at $299 style confidence charges which covers the handling fee and shipping costs from us to your door. Differences on the price of the change design need to be counted and must be settled when occur. The shipping cost from you to us will be your expenses.

If you find out the gown is not a perfect style for you, you must contact our customer service department and choose another design within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise and post it back with the original package to us as soon as possible. We will deliver your new choice to you once we receive your returned gowns. The changed gown must be returned in its original conditions. To prevent trouble makers and any chances to damage the gown, any change style order post to us after 7 days of receipt is not allowed. If special circumstances arise, please feel free to contact our customer service department. Very useful tips to the brides is to take a look on your national bridals store chains to figure out which style suits you best and do consult our customer advisers before you make an order from us.

Borrow A Posh Gown

We currently offer borrowing service for certain area. The borrowing charges for different designs and from different dealers may vary.

Our Webstore also provide borrowing service. The borrowing service charge is 30% of the original price of the gown. When you order a gown borrowing, you must pay the gown price in full as deposit at the time of order. Shipping cost from us to your door is counted separately depended on the actual costs. Shipping costs from you to us will be your expenses. After we receive the returned gown, we will charge you the borrowing cost and refund you the deposit in the case of no damage and no late return.

Please note that the return gown must be returned in nearly its original condition and the borrowing period is 7 days from the date of you received and the date of you posted back. Charges will arise for late return. We will not accept return for any borrowing longer than 15 days. Charges will also arise in the case of any damage on the gown. The damage charge will be in accordance with the damage level with a maximum charge of the gown’s original price.

Rush Order

Our standard delivery interval for a gown order is about 6-12 weeks. Any rush orders (under 6 weeks) will be subject to availability and incur a non-refundable “rush fee” of $150 which is outside the terms of this return policy. Any bride who needs to order a gown in a rush time, you are welcome to consult our customer adviser for the best solution for your order.

Alternation

Every dress send back to us for alternation will be charged at $199 per dress per alternation. Shipping cost from us to your door is counted separately depended on the actual costs. As the original producer of your gown, we can guarantee to provide you the most professional alternation services. Please check with our customer adviser for details.
