You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order (“Products”) on these policies. All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you. Be assured that any information you submit is handled in the strictest confidence. Orders may be placed: • Online: When you place your order online, you will require to register with us and to complete certain required fields on our secure online order form. Ordering online allows you to make your payments and track your order much easier. We strongly recommend retail customers to use online orders for conveniences. • By fax：To submit an order via fax, your can download and print out the order form from our website or request a form to be faxed to you by contacting us. The completed form can be faxed either to our Hong Kong head office: (852) 6979 3981 or our Please note that any fax orders directly to our Chinese factory will not be processed. • By mail：Orders may be placed via mail by printing and completing our order form and mailing it along with your payment to the attention of our Webstore Department. The acceptance of order will identify your order number, the product code, style, size, color, quantity, price, delivery charges, and the estimated shipping time frame of your order. You must check the details in acceptance of orders. Any mistake in the acceptance of orders must report to us before payments.
Payment procedure Payments for retail orders are due in full and shall pay to our bank accounts or PayPal account. Payments for wholesale orders are due according to contracts. Our bank account can accept payments in 4 major currencies – Hong Kong Dollars, U.S Dollars, Euros and British Pounds. PayPal can accept payments in more currencies and please check PayPal for details. Due to the concerns on production planning and shipping schedules, retail orders cannot pay in 7 business days will be cancelled. You must resubmit your orders to us and new acceptance of orders will be applied.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Any mistake in the order confirmation must report to us in 24 hours after received the order confirmation. Invoicing Invoice will be enclosed and shipped with your purchase. If your invoicing address is not the same as the shipping address or you prefer an electronic invoice, please indicate in your orders. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We deliver our products to everywhere in the world. All products from Posh Bridals are shipped with standard packages that are specially designed for delivery and storage. Handling fees are applied to retail orders. Shipping charges varied by individual orders, normally depending on your nominate address, desired carriers and your total purchases. Shipping and delivery charges will be calculated and clarified in the acceptance of order. Any question related to the shipping charges, please inquire your customer service representatives or email logisticscenter@poshbridals.com prior to payments. All shipping address must be specific and complete. Please include full name, detail address information, mobile and contact number. Any changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our shipment of the order to you. We emphatically suggest you consider using your work address as the shipping address if there is no one available at you residence during the day to sign for and accept the package. We guarantee to ship your orders no later than the date stated in the order confirmation. Delivery time may vary according to your selected shipping method and carrier. It normally takes 2-3 weeks for international delivery. Your shipping bill number will be processed into our system and email to you in 24 hours after shipments. You can track the shipping progress in carrier’s system. Returns and refunds
Posh Bridals stands behind the quality of all our gowns and to ensure our customer’s satisfaction we offer a return policy. If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your gown you need to notify us per the conditions below and we will refund you the full amount of the dress price less a 25% re-stocking and administration fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges that occurred cannot be refunded. The return and refund policy applies only under the following conditions: 1. Only for orders of gowns – no headpieces, accessories or jewelries accept to return. 2. Only for standard size orders (size 2-12) – no orders of plus size, made-to-measure or personalized design. 3. For single purchase of each style only – no ordering of multiple gowns of one style on a customer’s order. 4. The gowns will be made within our standard delivery interval of 6-12 weeks. Any rush orders (under 6 weeks) will be subject to availability and incur a non-refundable “rush fee” of $150 which is outside the terms of this return policy. 5. You must notify us in writing (email or fax) within 36 hrs of receipt of your gown to request a refund. We will then provide you with a return confirmation number for your file and email you the closest return address to mail back the gown. The gown must be shipped back to us and posted in the mail within 2 business days after you receive our return confirmation (we track delivery status). All shipping costs in the return of the gown including insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Under special conditions we may grant additional time but this will be via prior approval. After this period the gown will not be accepted for a return. 6. The gown must be returned in its original conditions. Posh Bridals will inspect the gown on its return and if all is satisfactory we will credit the client in the appropriate amount of the refund (75% of the dress purchase price). We will make every effort to do this within 2 working days after the gown has passed our inspection. Our return policy is tightly controlled in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our gowns. When you receive your gown we strongly recommend you immediately try on the gown and make inspections as soon as possible in order to have sufficient time to decide whether to keep the gown or not.
